作为妇女，像做工作的妇女和妈妈一样, give so much, and ask for so little in return, we must learn to unapologetically celebrate every milestone. Every single milestone. We are here, we did that and we’re celebrating it! Especially when there doesn’t seem to be much to celebrate...

亲爱的工作妈妈，不要为自己内taking而感到内gui time for your self-care...

Moms are not taking enough time for self-care each week—and it's only decreased for many since the pandemic started. According to a new survey conducted by the e-commerce company Zulily, 37 percent of dads are taking six or more hours of "me time" per week, while 68 percent of moms are only taking 1 to 5 hours per week.

Just in case you needed to give yourself permission to have some me-time...

我的爱好之一是咨询女性拥有的 businesses, especially as a CPA. There’s so much passion and a uniqueness to businesses started and run by women. Yet unfortunately, women-owned businesses are hardest hit during crisis, as has been proven during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Yet there are ways to redefine and reinvent your business during and after a crisis:
1- it starts with reassessing your business and all it’s parts. What is working? What is not? Which areas are suffering?
2- Take a good hard look into your expenses. What are your essential and more urgent expenditures? Do you need more than 1 payment platform? What can you consolidate?
3- What new streams of income can you create? Can you replace brick and mortar operations with online orders? How about having add-ons for your products?
4- New crisis brings about new...opportunities. Many businesses are now taking on the online world like never before.
5- Can you integrate the right tools adapted to the current context your business is now operating in?
6- Create a new financial plan based on your current circumstances.
7- Use the crisis as an opportunity to learn and grow!
